A Beautiful and unusual piece of jewellery Art Deco in the classic Egyptian revival style. A superb snakes head with a cabochon garnet set in a gold band (take a close look at the photographs) and the most stunning huge genuine cultured pearl suspended from the loop. A magical piece of jewellery not least because of the story attached to snakes and jewels. An ancient Indian legend tells of a precious jewel in the Cobra’s head. Symbolically, this jewel represents ‘light’, the precious source of wisdom. Garnet is also the birthstone for January and the 2nd wedding anniversary gift.
